Mixed reports: several guests praise the hotel as very clean, but multiple reviews mention dirty/stained towels, dusty rooms, small flies in the breakfast area and occasional unclean sanitary fittings.

Generally positive: staff described as friendly, young, energetic and helpful. A few reports note lack of reception intervention for noise, reducing the score slightly.

Strong positive: repeatedly noted as excellent and very near the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées and metro; frequent praise for convenience and surroundings.

Mixed: comfortable beds and excellent shower pressure for some, but frequent complaints about very small rooms and bathrooms, maintenance issues (loose toilet seat, bath plug) and cramped layouts.

The Mercure Paris Arc De Triomphe is conveniently located just off the famous Champs Élysées and a short stroll away from the iconic Arc de Triomphe.
