Mostly described as very clean in many reviews, though a few reports of hair/floss on arrival and some tired/shabby decor reduce the score slightly.

Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, professional and helpful; positive reception of service overall despite occasional check‑in timing issues.

Consistently highlighted as excellent—central, walking distance to restaurants, attractions and shopping; clear strong point of the hotel.

Mixed feedback: some spacious/privilege rooms with great views, but several mentions of tired rooms, small bathrooms, interior windows and inconsistent room allocation versus booking.
