Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Generally reported as clean by many guests; a few noted issues (e. g. , 'not very clean', missing soap on arrival).

Service

Mostly praised — reception and breakfast staff described as friendly and helpful; isolated reports of an unfriendly/reproachful receptionist.

Location

Consistently highlighted as excellent — very close to main attractions and convenient for sightseeing and access to Mitte/U-Bahn.

Room Quality

Mixed: some rooms spacious and well equipped (kettle), but several guests reported small/old rooms, worn furniture, shower/drain issues and uncomfortable sofa beds.

Amenities

Good offerings (underground garage, play area), but repeated complaints about limited or broken lifts and parking capacity/costs.

Value for Money

Several guests felt the hotel was pricey due to high breakfast (commonly cited ~25€/person) and parking fees (~22€/night) or limited parking availability.

Modern Comfort and Convenience

Experience a stay at Novotel Berlin Mitte where modern comfort meets convenience. The air-conditioned rooms are soundproofed, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring nearby attractions like Berlin Cathedral and UNESCO Museum Island.
