Generally cleaned daily and several guests praised room cleanliness, but isolated issues noted (stained mattress, mattress cover stains) lowered this slightly.

Consistently praised staff: friendly, helpful reception (multiple mentions of Ahmed), early check-in and room upgrades reported; strong service sentiment overall.

Very strong positive sentiment — repeatedly described as excellent/very well located, close to metro, Champs-Élysées and major sites.

Mixed to negative: several guests complained rooms (and bathrooms) are small, some had tacky wallpaper, sagging or stained mattress and shower issues.
