Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South

Rooms reported as 'super clean' overall; one report of an initial bathroom odor that was resolved when they were moved rooms. Housekeeping frequency noted as every-other-day unless requested.

Multiple comments praise friendly, welcoming front desk and staff, helpful early check-in and luggage hold, and staff who resolved room issues and offered small gestures (e. g. , Halloween treat for children).

Consistently described as central and convenient (walking distance to Penn Station, good for sightseeing and close to attractions); one comment notes proximity to Times Square but character of neighborhood concerns.

Rooms are small/cramped (one-person navigation noted), occasional maintenance/fit issues (short shower curtain causing floor wetness, a non-needed handicap room given, noisy rooms facing building wall) — generally functional but tight and sometimes problematic.

Good basic amenities for the hotel tier: secure key access to building/elevator, attached restaurant/bar with lively evening vibe, laundry and luggage-hold available. Some limitations noted (single washer/dryer, slow elevator, bottled water charged).

Several guests felt the price was high for the small room size and extras (no included breakfast, charges for early check-in/water), reducing perceived value.

Located near Jacob K. Javits Convention Centre and Times Square, the Hilton Garden Inn New York Times Square South offers easy access to key attractions.

Each room is equipped with modern amenities including a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, microwave, and mini-refrigerator. Enjoy a productive workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair.
